MARY L. GARFIELD Mary Garfield of Schroeder Drive in Milwaukee passed away at Marian Franciscan Center in Milwaukee late Saturday evening February 12 2005. She was 72 years old. Mary was born in Iron Mountain MI on February 5 1933 daughter of Garfield and Eleanore Sharpe Badini. On October 6 1951 she was united in marriage with Harvey J. Bentrup Sr. He preceded her in death. Mary as a homemaker was an excellent cook who enjoyed Chinese cuisine taking care of her family and grandchildren and going for rides in the country. She was also an avid reader. She is survived by 1 son Harvey Butch (Penny) Bentrup Jr. of Rubicon 3 daughters: Cindy (Glen) James of Oconomowoc Kathlene (Richard) Kastelic of Cedarburg and Julie (Monty) Roddy of Irvine CA. 5 grandchildren: Amy (Christopher) Zirbes of Wauwatosa Jimmy Bentrup of Milwaukee Paige Bentrup of Rubicon Ricky and Bobby Kastelic of Cedarburg. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister Geraldine. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday February 16th at 7PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home in Port Washington. Fr. James Ernster will officiate.
