Mary A. Brown Mrs. Mary Brown currently residing at Meadowmere Assisted Living Facility in Mequon and formerly of Port Washington passed away early Sunday morning October 11 2009 at Columbia St. Maryrsquo;s Ozaukee Campus in Mequon. She was 83 years old. Mary was born August 31 1926 in Marshfield the daughter of Adolf and Anna Roecklein Kleinheinz. After high school Mary attended Mount Mary College in Milwaukee and graduated in 1948. She was united in marriage with Glenn ldquo;Olerdquo; Brown in Marshfield on June 14 1958. He preceded her in death in 1998. In 1964 Mary and her family moved to Port Washington where she began teaching elementary school at Port Catholic then Lincoln Elementary School. She retired in 1990 after teaching in various Wisconsin schools for over 30 years. Mrs. Brown enjoyed traveling and spending summers with her family at their cabin near Woodruff WI. Mary is survived by her son Richard (Sharon) of Aberdeen MD 3 brothers: Paul (Joanne) Kleinheinz of Naples FL John (Jane) Kleinheinz and Frank (Sheila) Kleinheinz both of Lake Oswego OR 2 sisters: Helen Heller of Greendale and Jane (Vern) Swanson of Hiwassee AR 1 brother-in-law Philip (Joanne) Brown of Larsen nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Glenn ldquo;Olerdquo;. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday October 16 2PM at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church 1800 N. Wisconsin St. in Port Washington. Father Patrick Wendt will officiate. The family will receive visitors at the church on Friday from 12 noon-2PM. Mary will be laid to rest beside her husband at St. Maryrsquo;s Catholic Cemetery in Port Washington.
