MARVIN R. KRINGEL Mr. Marvin Kringel age 77 years of 2514 Hillcrest Road Port Washington died Tuesday June 20 2006 at his residence. He was born May 2 1929 in the Town of Jackson son of Frank and Ida Heckendorf Kringel. On June 7 1952 he married Carol Hoffmann at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Mr. Kringel worked as a material handler at Bolens for 34 years retiring in 1992. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Port Washington where he formerly served on the stewardship committee and as an elder and trustee. He was a member of Local 1430 IAM a member of the 58 Club served as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels enjoyed gardening baseball playing sheepshead dancing and playing the accordian and concertina. He is survived by his wife Carol four children Judith (Craig) Stewart of Port Washington Bonnie Kringel of Milwaukee Terry (Michelle) Kringel of West Bend and Todd (Kristin) Kringel of Cedarburg eight grandchildren two great grandchildren one brother Franklin (Nancy) Kringel of West Bend five sisters Hertha (the late Edgar) Kasten of West Bend Norma Butt of West Bend Mildred (the late Marvin) Peters of Grafton Loraine (the late Elvin) Butt of West Bend and Anita (Donald) Franzen of Grafton. He is further survived by two sisers in law Mildred Kringel of Cedarburg and Anita Kringel of Grafton three brothers in law Arno Jobs of Saukville Glenn Hoffmann of Newburg and Walter Lewin of Cedarburg nieces nephews other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one sister Edna Jobs and two brothers Ruben Kringel and Gerhard Kringel. Funeral services will be held on Friday evening June 23 7 PM at St. John's Lutheran Church 217 N. Freeman Drive in Port Washington with Rev. John Klieve officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Cemetery Cedarburg. Visitation at the CHURCH Friday from 4-7 PM. Memorials to St. John's Lutheran Academy appreciated.
