Marvin H. Anzia Marvin Anzia of Port Washington formerly of Belgium passed away surrounded by his loving family in the evening hours of Sunday September 7 2014 at Harbor Club in Port Washington. He was 89 years old. Marvin was born in Lake Church on March 6 1925 son of Peter Anzia and Martha Lorge Anzia. On June 26 1948 he married Lois Thelen at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Saukville. Marvin worked as an upholstery assembler at Nash Motors in Milwaukee a janitor at Lincoln School in Belgium for over twenty years and as a punch-press operator at Bolen Corp. in Port Washington for 38 years retiring in 1990. He is a member of Divine Savior Parish where he sang in the choir and was a proud member of International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. Marvin also volunteered at Harrington Beach State Park building birdhouses and working in the Visitors Center. He was also very proud of his Luxembourg heritage and along with his wife Lois the couple was the Duke Duchess for the Luxembourg Festival in 1993. Marvin is survived by his wife Lois of Port Washington six children: Jeffrey (Barbara) Anzia of Belgium Peter (Mary Beth) Anzia of Belgium Jim (Wendy) Anzia of Phoenix AZ Linda (Richard) Dykstra of Cedar Grove Deb (Mark) Wieberdink of Cedar Grove and Joanne (Jim) Voskuil of Cedar Grove. He is further survived by 24 grandchildren: Stacy (Shawn) Mains Christopher (Laura) Dykstra Sally (Josh) Ketterhagen Erin (Jon) Hoffmann Jordan Dykstra Frank (Heather) Anzia Cliff Anzia Matt (Joy) Anzia Rhonda (Pat) Krier Rob Feider Julie (Keith) LaCount Emily (special friend Tom Greene) Wieberdink Nathan (Kayla) Wieberdink Brian (Marcia) Voskuil Michael (Anna) Voskuil Paul Voskuil Kyle Voskuil Cori (Scott) Navis Sarah (Jeremy) Wundrock Katie (Michael) Rose Amber (Jesse) Fleitz Pete Anzia Daniel LiButti and Jennifer (Sean) Gibbons 47 great-grandchildren three great-great-grandchildren one sister Vange Gosewehr of Saukville nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents granddaughter Renee Alexander two brothers Alvin and Harvey Anzia and two sisters Virginia Buechler and Patricia Meyer. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday September 11th at 6:30 PM at Divine Savior Parish -Holy Cross Chapel Father Jim Ernster and Deacon Ron Schneider will preside. He will be laid to rest in St. Mary Parish Cemetery Lake Church. Visitation will take place at the church on Thursday September 11th from 3:30-6:30 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials suggested to Harbor Club or VITAS Hospice.
