According to her grandchildren, "Grandma was the purest example of love and patience. A woman who inspired us to simply love and love always, to the fullest we can. She expressed this testament daily, being the devoted wife of 65 years to her wonderful husband. Grandma dedicated herself to all the loved ones in her life, only being one short call away at any time of the day. Knowing her is to know that you were given a beautiful blessing. A blessing of everlasting love, happiness, and support. Her name will forever live with an angelic tone, because she now watches over us as our favorite guardian angel".
Marilyn is survived by her husband Gene of the Town of Saukville, four children: Mary Perez of Port Washington, Sandra (Randy) Fernandez of West Bend, Ann (Richard) Stefanowski of Greenfield, and William (Holly) Kirmse of Saukville.
