Marilyn Rose Ehren passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, July 26, 2021. She was 72 years old. Marilyn was born on December 8, 1948, in Port Washington to Alois and Clara (Bahr) Ehren.
Marilyn was dedicated to the clients she counseled at On Center. She loved fishing and listening to the cardinals. Marilyn was credited for saving the lives of two small children in a tornado that took place in 1964 in Port Washington. Her big heart will be remembered, and she will be missed.
Marilyn is survived by her sisters Kathleen Glander and Mary Ann Kletzien, special friends Denise Plutowski and Dawn Sweet and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Ewald and Roland Ehren, and brothers-in-law Eugene Glander and Edward Kletzien.
A Memorial Service will take place at Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 West Grand Avenue Port Washington, WI 53074 on Friday, August 6, 2021, at 6:00 PM. Marilyns's family will receive visitors from 4:00 PM until the time of the service at 6:00 PM. Private interment to take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in Port Washington.
