Marilyn J. (nee Sikkink) Davis, 82, died on August 2, 2018 in Greenfield, Wisconsin. She was born in Preston, Minnesota on December 8, 1935 to Verl and Winnie (nee Jones) Sikkink. She lived with her family in rural Fillmore County until they moved to Spring Valley, Minnesota when she was in 3rd grade. She graduated from Spring Valley High School in 1953.
Following graduation, she moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota and attended Minneapolis General Hospital School of x-ray technology. Later, she moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she was employed for many years at St. Anthony and St. Luke's Hospitals as an x-ray technician.
She is survived by her longtime best friend and companion Eugene "Bob" Tatrow of Greenfield, Wisconsin; sisters Muriel (the late Calvin) Ford of Port Washington, Wisconsin, Helen (Butch) Grabau of Austin, Minnesota, Donna (Tom) Gauthier of Rochester, Minnesota, Linda (Jeff) Trende of Preston, Minnesota; her six nieces Teri Gosewehr (WI), Debra Ford (WI), Lori Lanser (GA), Patti Rismeyer (WI), Stacy Zwicker (WI), Nicole Seabright (MN) and six nephews Brian Grabau (MN), Jamie Grabau (MN), Jason Grabau (MN), Chad Bredeson (MN), Cory Bredson (MN) and Matthew Bredeson (FL).
Marilyn was a beloved aunt to her nieces and nephews and a special sister and best friend to Muriel. She enjoyed reading, shopping, casinos, wintering in Arizona, chocolate and the color pink. She was an avid Wisconsin sports fan and especially loved the Green Bay Packers. She will be dearly missed.
A family service to be held with inurnment in Union Cemetery in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
