Marie M. Weyker of Grafton, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, June 30, 2017. She was 88. Marie was born to Henry and Mary (nee Welter) Bittner on January 29, 1929 in Belgium. She has two children. Marie loved her family, often spoiling them with meals and sweet treats. She took pride in no one ever leaving her house hungry. Marie enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers, and making sure her yard was immaculate. Marie is survived by her two daughters, Debra Rilling and Diane (Milton) Decker; grandchildren, Vicky (Doug) Patch, Nicole (Kyle) Vaculik, Scott (Jessica) Decker, Michael (Carrie) Decker, Tyler Rilling, and Lucas Rilling; 10 great-grandchildren; only remaining sibling of nine, sister, Theresa (Earl) Oelhafen; sister-in-law Virginia Bittner. She is further survived by nieces, Rosemary Seyfert, Mary Decker, and Sue Parker; other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her siblings and their spouses, Estella (George) Eischen, Helen (Martin) Deppiesse, Donald (Valeria) Bittner, Mildred (Killian) Bode; other siblings, Wilbert, Leroy and Erwin Bittner and her great-grandson Dylan Decker. A Right of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00PM on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Grafton with Brenda Cline presiding. Visitation will be at CHURCH from 10:00AM until the time of service. The Committal Service will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery Lake Church.
