Marianne Charlotte Haak (nee Seidel) passed away peacefully on July 20, 2024 at the age of 94. Marianne was born on December 16, 1929, in Schoeneck, Germany to Hilda Seidel (nee Paulus) and Gerhard Seidel. She married Helmut Gerhard Haak in 1948, and together they emigrated to the United States in 1952.

After retiring from Simplicity in the mid 1990's she enjoyed spending winters in Apache Junction, Arizona. Marianne loved baking, knitting and crocheting. She was also an avid gardener.

She is survived by her sons Steve of Saukville, and Mike of Catawissa, Pennsylvania. Additionally, she was proud to know her three grandsons Josef of Detroit, Michigan, Niklas of Evanston, Illinois, and Kris of Colorado Springs, Colorado, along with 5 great-grandchildren: Olivia, Finn, Gus, Seamus and Rowan.

Marianne was preceded in death by her husband Helmut Haak.
