MARGUERITE M. THELEN Ms. Marquerite Thelen life long resident of Saukville passed away at Heritage Nursing Home in Port Washington in the early morning hours of Wednesday January 4 2006. She was 92 years old. Marguerite was born in Port Washington on February 6 1913 the only daughter of John and Julia Johnson Thelen. Ms. Thelen worked as a housekeeper and caretaker on her cousin's farm. She was known as the Egg Lady at the egg farm on Highway O. Marguerite was an avid reader and enjoyed playing piano doing needle work and also embroidery. She spent much of her life taking care and helping others. Ms. Thelen was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Saukville and was very active in the congregation. Marguerite is survived by cousins other relatives and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday January 7th 2006 11:30 AM at St. Peter's UCC 166 Dekora St. Saukville. Pastor Donald Ellerman will officiate. Inurnment will take place in Holden West Cemetery. Visitation will take place at the church on Saturday from 10:30 AM until the time of services at 11:30 AM.
