Margaret Scholl of Belgium passed away in the early morning hours of Thursday September 4 2014 at Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa. She was 96 years old. Margaret was born in the Town of Belgium on January 9 1918 daughter of Jacob Mondloch and Catherine Lorge Mondloch. Margaret attended school in the Belgium area Lake Church and graduated from Port Washington High School in 1936. On May 24 1941 she married Walter Scholl at St. Mary Catholic Church Lake Church. Margaret was a member of Divine Savior Parish the Christian Women was an active member of the Belgium Senior Citizens and was a poll worker for elections for many years. Margaret was an amazing seamstress having made many many homemade items for family and friends. She also was a talented gardener and loved to cook. Margaret was a loving mother to the late Wayne (Susan) Scholl of Huntington Beach CA Jan (Charles) Wolf of Greendale and Bob (Elaine) Scholl of Cedar Grove. She is further survived by six grandchildren: Brian Scholl and Jennifer (Mike) Cassity both of Huntington Beach CA Kristin (Karl Stark) Wolf of Chicago IL Cheryl (Kevin) Barry of Edina MN Rob (Julie) Scholl of North Augusta SC and Jonathan (Katharina) Scholl of Gainesville FL ten great-grandchildren two sisters-in-law Delores Moegenberg of Random Lake and Arlene Mondloch of Belgium nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Walter son Wayne three brothers Kenneth Arnold and Herbert Mondloch and one sister Evelyn Schueller. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday September 8th at 10:30 AM at Divine Savior Parish - St. Mary Lake Church Chapel 6092 Lake Church Rd. Belgium. Father Jim Ernster will preside over Mass. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in St. Mary Parish Cemetery in Lake Church. Visitation will take place at the CHURCH on Monday September 8th from 9 AM until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers memorials suggested to the Luxembourg American Cultural Center.
