Lynne Ellen Ebert of Cedarburg, passed away peacefully at Lawlis Hospice in Mequon on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. She was 58. Lynne was born to Harvey and Lorraine (nee Keinert) Ebert on August 15, 1958 in Milwaukee, WI. She graduated from Homestead High School in 1976. After high school, Lynne attended MATC and studied the Art of Culinary Science. She worked for the United States Postal Service for 25 years and was recently recognized for her loyal service. Lynne was a wonderful artist and was very creative, partaking in many different art forms including cooking, baking, drawing, painting, stained glass, and knitting. She traveled all over the United States with her family and her special friend, Tony. Lynne will always be remembered for being a very hard worker and will be deeply missed by her family. Lynne is survived by her parents Harvey and Lorraine of Mequon, her sisters, Sharon (Mike) Barikmo of Cedarburg and Laura (Craig) Honish of Germantown; special friend, Tony Verdegan of Slinger; nieces, Emily, Katie, Jordan and Rachel; nephew, John and other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be at 12:00PM on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at the Eernisse Funeral Home (1167 Washington Ave. Cedarburg, WI 53012) with Pastor Linda Westphal-Buth presiding. The family will receive visitors at the FUNERAL HOME between the hours of 10:00AM and 12:00PM.
