LUCY A. DUTTER Mrs. Lucy Dutter age 83 years of 815 North Street Belgium died Saturday evening July 24 2004 at the home of her daughter. She was born January 22 1921 in Ogdensburg NY daughter of Joseph and Agnes Fitzsimmons Needle. On October 2 1947 she married Bruce Dutter in New York. He preceded her in death in 1992. Mrs. Dutter enjoyed her family bowling dancing and baking. She is survived by her seven children B. Stephen (Dixie) Dutter of Neshkoro WI Peter (Jane) Dutter of Random Lake Jeffrey (Lori) Duter and William (Sherri) Dutter of Cedar Grove Suzanne (Tim) Lunn of Mission Viejo CA Tammy (Rick) Harrison of Cedar Grove and Mandy (Jerome) Bares of Belgium 17 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday evening July 27 6 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home 171 N. Royal Ave. Belgium.
