Lucille M. Jensterle Lucille M. Jensterle passed away Tuesday evening October 1 2013 at Harbor Campus in Port Washington. She was 102 years old. Lucille was born November 1 1910 in Holy Cross the daughter of Peter and Elizabeth Arends Klas. On September 15 1936 she was united in marriage with John Jensterle at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Port Washington. He preceded her in death in 1990. Lucille proudly raised her 4 children in Port Washington. She was a long-time member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and had enjoyed gathering with friends at the Senior Center in Port Washington and her card club. Lucille is survived by her four children: John (Arlene) Jensterle of Adell Elizabeth (James) Deppiesse of Belgium Carol (Dennis) Panek of Port Washington and Judy (Gene) Didier of Grafton. She is further survived by 14 grandchildren 30 great-grandchildren 1 great-great-grandchild other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband John one sister and three brothers. A Memorial Mass will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday October 5 2013 at St. Mary's Catholic Church 430 Johnson St. Port Washington. Father James Ernster and Father Patrick Wendt will concelebrate. Lucille will be laid to rest beside her husband at St. Mary's Mausoleum. The family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday from 11:30 - 12:00 noon The Eernisse Funeral Home Port Washington is honored to be serving the family.
