LOUELLA J. RIOS "Bunny"
Mrs. Louella Rios, age 74 years, passed away peacefully March 24, 2018 at her home in Port Washington, WI. Louella was born in Keshena on April 25, 1943, daughter of Mitchell and Alice Cummings Wesho. She attended local schools in Keshena. Bunny had the heart of an explorer; she made her way out west and eventually settled in California in the 1980's. On June 16, 1984, she was united in marriage with Remijio "Mickey" Rios in Whittier, CA. The couple settled there for the next 15 years before moving back to Wisconsin.
While in California, Mrs. Rios was a member of Good Shepherd Bible Church in Whittier. Louella and Mickey spent many years working in prison ministry, especially with youth, throughout the southern California region. They visited camps, jails and prisons to bring the word of Jesus to troubled kids. Bunny enjoyed going for early morning walks, on which she would often pray and meditate in the quiet beginning of the new day. She liked traveling to the coast with her husband to enjoy the scenery, shopping and socializing with her friends.
Louella is survived by her loving husband Remijio "Mickey" Rios of Port Washington, five children: Lisa (Chris) Kieper of Saukville, Clinton Beauprey Burkett of Washington state, Christine Beauprey Stewart of Clintonville, Craig McDaniel of California and Joseph McDaniel of Tennessee, nine step-children, numerous grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her son Quentin Bartles Beauprey, three sisters and four brothers.
