Wollin, Lois J. (nee Stephan), Age 75, went to see the Lord on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, after a 3-year battle with Multiple Myeloma. She fought courageously until the end. She was born in Milwaukee, WI on September 15, 1940, to Elroy and Irene (Ehlers) Stephan. Lois was a graduate of Rufus King High School. She was employed for many years at Gimbel-Schusters. On September 16, 1972, she was united in marriage to Donald Wollin, the love of her life. Lois was a longtime resident of Mequon, WI. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and second mother to many people. Enjoying life to the fullest, she always had a smile on her face. Spoiling her grandson with love and affection was one of her greatest enjoyments during her last years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son Richard (Stacy Cooke) Wollin of Cedarburg, a grandson Samuel of Cedarburg, a sister Joyce (Edmund) Koenen of Sussex, a brother Donald Stephan of Sussex, a sister-in-law Nancy (Santo) Cannistra of Shorewood, and other relatives along with the many friends she has met along her life journey. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law. Visitation will be held at Eernisse Funeral Home in Cedarburg, WI on Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 4-7 pm.
