Lois Hall of Parknoll Lane in Port Washington passed away Tuesday night April 15 2014 at Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee Campus in Mequon. She was 81 years old. Lois was born July 12 1932 in Milwaukee the daughter of Albert and Lydia Anton Koehler. She was united in marriage with Allen Hall on September 8 1956 in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death in 2010. For 12 years she worked as a tailor at Anchor Menswear in Port Washington. She enjoyed sewing and continued doing alterations in her home for many years. Lois was a member of St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church in Port Washington. She enjoyed bowling crafting and knitting squares that were used to make afghans. Lois enjoyed traveling with her family and traveled on an Alaskan cruise and Hawaiian cruise. Lois is survived by her two children: Kevin (Linda) Hall of Cedar Falls IA and Jean Hall of Port Washington. She is further survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law: Clair Hall of Sussex Barbara (Clare) Brockman of WA Philip (Mary Ann) Hall of Greenfield and Wanda Hall of Plover nieces nephews other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by 2 sisters: Ruth Rose and June Schwanz. Funeral Services will be held at St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church 1525 N. Grant St. in Port Washington on Saturday April 19 2014 at 12 noon. She will be laid to rest at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield beside Allen. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Matthew Ev. Church Organ Fund. The family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday from 10AM - 12 noon. The Eernisse Funeral Home Port Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
