Obituary

LOIS M. KOCZKA Lois Koczka recently of Chiswell St. in Saukville formerly of Port Washington Belgium and Sheboygan passed away at Columbia-St. Mary's Ozaukee Campus in Mequon on Tuesday afternoon August 24 2004 just one week shy of her 79th birthday. Lois was born in Aurora IL on August 31 1925 the daughter of Leonard and Mary Conrad Schoeberlein. On August 31 1942 she was united in marriage to William Koczka in Atlanta GA. The couple moved to the Port Washington area in the early sixties and eventually into the Belgium area. William preceded her in death on April 20 1985. Mrs. Koczka moved to Sheboygan for a few years before moving into the Saukville area in February of this year. Lois enjoyed shopping and going out to eat. She could often be seen walking the town for exercise. She was an avid reader and enjoyed being with her family. She is survived by her 2 sons William (Judith) Koczka of Rhinelander and Allen (Judith) Koczka of Belgium 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by 1 brother Alan (Donna) Schoeberlein of Aurora IL nieces nephews other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband William 1 grandson Michael Koczka and 1 sister Leona Schoeberlein. A Memorial Service will be held Monday August 30 2004 at 1PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home 171 N. Royal Ave. (Hwy LL Park St.) Belgium. Rev. Sid Litke will officiate. Lois will be laid to rest next to her husband in St. Mary's Cemetery Port Washington. The family will receive visitors at the Funeral Home on Monday from 12 noon to 1PM.
