Obituary

Lisa M. Deutsch nbsp; Mrs. Lisa Deutsch of Theis St. in Port Washington passed away unexpectedly Saturday evening January 8 2011 at Columbia St. Maryrsquo;s in Mequon after a courageous 4 year battle with cancer. She was 48 years old. Lisa was born on January 31 1962 in Port Washington the daughter of William ldquo;Billrdquo; and Ruth Thomas Reas. She grew up and attended schools in Grafton. On June 23 1984 she was united in marriage with Steven Deutsch at St. Francis Borgia in Cedarburg. Lisa worked as an in-home caregiver most recently for Home Instead. She was a member of St. Maryrsquo;s Catholic Church in Port Washington. She enjoyed gardening organizing family gatherings and being with her family and friends. She was always positive and upbeat and helping those around her in any way she could. Lisa is survived by her husband Steve and their 3 children: Erik of Lakeland FL Michelle of Wauwatosa and Ethan at home. She is further survived by her parents Bill and Ruth Reas of Port Washington her parents-in-law Frank and Mariette Deutsch of Cedarburg 5 siblings: Linda (Brian) Jensen of Port Washington Rick (Melody) Reas of Middleton Judi (Rocco) Dougherty of Port Washington Mark (Rochelle) Reas of Waubeka and Tammy Wagner of Juneau 4 brothers and sister-in-law: Mayani (Makis) Caracotsios of Naperville IL Michael Deutsch of Cedarburg Joseph (Michelle) Deutsch of Thiensville and Paul Deutsch of Cedarburg 21 nieces and nephews and many other relatives and close friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM on Friday January 14 at St. Maryrsquo;s Catholic Church 430 N. Johnson St. in Port Washington. She will be laid to rest at St. Maryrsquo;s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested. The family will receive visitors at Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 W. Grand Ave. in Port Washington on Thursday evening January 13 from 4-7PM and again on Friday morning at St. Maryrsquo;s Catholic Church from 10-11AM. The Eernisse Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
