KENNETH A. ZIMMERMANN Dick Dick Zimmerman of Hwy144 in Random Lake passed away at Froedert Lutheran Memorial Hospital in Wauwatosa early in the morning on Saturday May 27 2006. He was 72 years old. Dick was born on April 16 1934 in Random Lake son of Adolf and Aurelia Hetzel Zimmermann. After graduating from Random Lake High School he was united in marriage with Barbara Federer on February 14 1953. They settled in Random Lake and started their family. Dick and Barb bought Globe Lanes in 1961 and ran it until they retired in 1992. He enjoyed spending time with his family socializing with friends taking care of the lanes at the bowling alley and fixing things. He and Barb liked to travel to Las Vegas in the summers. In his later years Dick was very involved with his grandchildren and his dog Bailey. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Barb their children Kenneth Butch (Vicki) Zimmermann of Random Lake Cindy Maertz of Sheboygan and the late Gail Ann Zimmermann. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Korry Ardell of Elkhart Lake Travis (Nicole) Ardell Tami Ardell Amber Maertz all of Sheboygan Angel (David) Borchardt Matt and Ben Zimmermann all of Random Lake 4 great- grandchildren: Austin Ardell Hannah Cole and Abby Borchardt. He is further survived by 2 sisters: Betty Reul and Bernice (Ray) Scholler both of Random Lake nieces nephews other relatives and many many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents his daughter and 1 sister Ione Bubb. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday May 31st at 6PM at St. John's United Church of Christ Random Lake Road Random Lake. The Reverend Doctor Margaret G. Richardson Zedan will officiate. Burial will take place the following day in Union Cemetery Random Lake. The family will receive visitors Wednesday at the CHURCH from 3-6PM. Memorials are suggested to the Random Lake Athletic Association.
