KENNETH E. ANDREWS Mr. Ken Andrews of 11th Ave. in Grafton passed away at West Allis Aurora Hospital in West Allis on Monday morning October 24 2011. He was 71 years old. Ken was born on June 25 1940 in Hillview IL one of 11 children born to Kenneth and Lovey Morgan Andrews. After his schooling in the Peoria IL area Ken entered the U.S. Marine Corps. He served overseas including Okinawa Japan. On July 4 1975 he was united in marriage with Dorothy Waite Kegley in Las Vegas NV. The couple settled in Grafton. Ken worked as a chemist for Rexford Paper Company in Milwaukee. Following an accident he went back to school and got his Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from Cardinal Stritch and became a photographer. He did some freelance work and also worked for Wisconsin Field Trial News. Ken was a former President and Secretary of the Wisconsin Amateur Field Trial Club and remained an honorary member. He enjoyed training dogs (retrievers) and was a former hunter. Mr. Andrews also enjoyed golf and fishing. Ken is survived by his loving wife Dorothy of Grafton their 6 children: Karla and Kari Andrews Edwin Kegley of Madison Rolland (Peggy) Kegley of Grafton Earney (Betty Jean) Yocum also of Grafton and Diane (Knute) Kegley-Reichel of Wind Point. Big Buddy is further survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren other relatives and friends. At Ken's request no services will be held. Memorials are suggested to WAFTC in Ken's name.
