Kathleen S. Liebherr "Kay", passed away on Friday, January 25, 2019. She was 77 years old. Kathleen was born on March 4, 1941 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Harry and Mable (nee Schimelfenig) Willing. Kathleen was a longtime member of St. John Lutheran Church Fredonia. She was known to love chocolate and enjoy a good laugh. Spending time listening to hip hop music, while sitting in the back seat of her Rav 4 as her daughter Lori chauffeured her around Wisconsin for specialty foods and treats was a treasured pastime. One of Kathleen's favorite sayings was, "Remember I'm an only child". Kathleen is survived by her daughters Lori K. Wick, Julie (Dimitri) Stamatiou, Shelley (Robert) Lutz, step children Denise (Ray) Pausback, Keith (Tracy) Liebherr, grandchildren Jessica (Clint) Turner, Christopher Lutz, Brett (Lauren) Lutz, Stamati Stamatiou and Stephanie Stamatiou, 5 step grandchildren, great-grandchildren Olivia Ray, Autumn Rose Turner and Griffin Lutz, and step great grandson Nathan Lecher. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Kurtis Liebherr. A Celebration of Kathleen's life will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Eernisse Funeral Home 1167 Washington Avenue Cedarburg, Wisconsin 53012 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association www.alz.org/sewi are appreciated. Kathleen's family would like to thank Allay Home and Hospice Inc. for the compassionate care they provided and a special thank you to Kathleen's daughter Lori K. Wick who cared for her mother until the very end.
