Kathleen Bares Kathy Kathleen Bares age 59 of Port Washington passed away on Wednesday April 15 2015 at the Aurora Medical Center. Kathy was born on March 31 1956 in Port Washington Wis. She was the daughter of Clarence and Eleanor (Wollner) Bares. She grew up in Belgium Wis. and spent her childhood on the family farm. She graduated from Ozaukee High School in 1974. She attended UW-LaCrosse briefly before moving to Reno Nevada to work. She later returned to Wis. to raise her son. Kathy's number one priority in life was her son Justin. What mattered most to her was taking care of him. He grew up surrounded by family. Kathy's other companion in her later years was her trusty dog Lenny. Now her job was to take care of Lenny and she enjoyed the outdoors with him. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Eleanor. She is survived by her son Justin of Mooresville North Carolina; her brothers Francis (Helen) of Ogden Utah Joseph (Floran) of Bartlesville Okla. John (Laura) of Tucson Ariz. Jerry of Belgium Wis.; her sisters Mary Kelley (Patrick) of Oregon Wis. Barbara Bares of Middleton Wis. and Monica (Robert) Barth of Batavia Ill. She has 14 nieces and nephews who will also miss her. Memorial services will be at a future date.
