Obituary

Karen A. Biebel unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2026.

She was born on August 8, 1969, in Port Washington, Wisconsin to parents Donald and Roseanne (nee Kurt) Reiff. Karen grew up in the communities of Fredonia and Random Lake. Karen graduated from Random Lake High School, eventually earning her degree from Concordia University. She worked as a Certified Medical Assistant at Cardiac Rhythms Specialists in Milwaukee. Karen was united in marriage with John Biebel on August 20, 1994. Together they raised two children.

Karen was a lifelong supporter of others. Among her many good works, she helped domestic abuse survivors at Advocates of Ozaukee County and helped animals at the Wisconsin Humane Society.

Above all, she was a devoted and passionate mother to Casey and Rowan. They were the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent loving, supporting, and encouraging them throughout their lives.

Karen is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, John Biebel, children Casey Fisher and Rowan Biebel, mother Roseanne Reiff, siblings John Reiff, Robert Reiff, Greg Reiff, Mark Reiff, and Susan (David) Kozieja. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Karen was preceded in death by her father Donald Reiff, and sister Anne Kissinger.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
