Judith Frederick of Saukville passed away in the early morning hours of Thursday October 16 2014 at Kathy Hospice in West Bend. She was 72 years old. Judy was born in Milwaukee on July 24 1942 daughter of Clarence Schmidt and Marion Monogue Schmidt. She grew up in Milwaukee graduating from Washington High School in 1960. On February 9 1963 she married Daniel Frederick at Reformation Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death in 2006. Judy worked for Ceramite in Grafton retiring in 2007. She was a member of Cedar Creek Community Church in Grafton. Judy enjoyed shopping reading her daily devotionals and Danielle Steele novels and going out to eat. Judy is survived by her two children Pamela Frederick of Fredonia and Patty (David) McCrary of Aurora IL. She is further survived by her two grandchildren Matthew and Morgan her brother Jim Schmidt of Saukville nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents her husband Daniel and her sisters-in-law Sharon (the late Al) Lund and Shirley Schmidt. A Memorial service will be held on Monday October 20th at 1 PM at Cedar Creek Community Church 1414 1st Ave. Grafton. Pastor Ed Rafferty will preside. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Union Cemetery in Saukville. Visitation will be held on Monday October 20th from 12 noon until the time of services.
