JOSEPH W. WARANKA Joseph W. Waranka of East Beutel Road in Port Washington died early Wednesday morning March 29 2006 in Port Washington. He was 74 years old. Joe was born February 1 1932 in Milwaukee son of Walter and Agnes Malingowski Waranka. On July 3 1950 he married Josephine Cicerello at St. Gall's Catholic Church in Milwaukee. She preceded him in death in 2002. Mr. Waranka worked as a welder at Heil Co. in Milwaukee for 24 years. He was also the Captain of Nicky Boy fishing charter from 1975 until 1989 and still assisted his son Nic who now operates the charter. He enjoyed hunting fishing and playing cribbage. Survivors include his four children Joseph Waranka Grace (Thomas) Hernandez Carol Ann Michaels and Nicholas (Sharon) Waranka all of Port Washington six grandchildren one great grandchild and two sisters Dorothy (Ron) Peterson and Elizabeth Waranka both of Germantown. A Mass ofChristian Burial will be held on Saturday April 1 12 noon at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Port Washington. Father Allan Sommer will officiate. Entombment will follow in Holy Cross Mausoleum Milwaukee. Visitation will be held at the Eernisse Funeral Home in Port Washington on Friday from 4-8PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM until 11:30 AM.
