Joseph A. Federspiel nbsp;Joseph Federspiel age 80 years of 207 E. Douglas St. Port Washington died early Sunday morning June 21 2009 at Heritage Nursing Home in Port Washington.nbsp; He was born August 24 1928 in Port Washington son of John and Oliva Ackermann Federspiel.nbsp; He was a 1946 graduate of Port Washington High School.nbsp; He served in the US Army during the Korean conflict.nbsp; On May 14 1955 he married Mary Kartanas at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Port Washington.nbsp; Joe worked in product engineering for Bolens FMC and Garden Way retiring after fifty years.nbsp; He was a member of St. Maryrsquo;s Catholic Church in Port Washington and enjoyed traveling spending time with his grandchildren and attending their concerts plays and sporting events. He was an avid Packer and Brewer fan. He is survived by his wife Mary his daughter Janet (Mike) Yuhas of Saukville four grandchildren Mallory Alex Trevor and Cassidy his siblings Norbert (Hiltrude) Margaret and George (the late Angie) of Port Washington Wilfred (Brother Conrad CP) ofnbsp;West Hartford Connecticut Carl (Loretta) of Port Washington and Rita of Cedarburg nieces nephews other relatives and friends.nbsp; He was preceded in death by his parents.nbsp; A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday eve. June 25 6:30 PM at St. Maryrsquo;s Catholic Church in Port Washington with Father Tom Lijewski officiating.nbsp; Burial with full military honors will be in the parish cemetery.nbsp; Visitation at the CHURCH Thursday from 4:30-6:30 PM.nbsp; In lieu of flowers memorials to Wisconsin Parkinson Association appreciated.
