Josef David Anderson of Mequon passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the age of 43. He was born in Illinois, the beloved son of David and Kathleen (Tutt) Anderson on October 28, 1982. Josef graduated from Cedarburg High School in 2002.

Josef had a quiet disposition except when it came to the Green Bay Packers. He was a super fan and never missed a game. He enjoyed strength training throughout the years and loved spending time with his son and his family.

Josef's memory will be held dear to those who knew him best. He is survived by his parents David and Kathy, his son Aiden, Aiden's mother Amy Anderson; nieces Samone and Romaera; aunts Pam (Dick) Donelson, Debbie Halloran and Kim Brockway. He is further survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, his sister Linnea; uncles Tom Halloran, Bob Brockway and Jeff Tutt.

A memorial gathering will take place on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 4:00-6:00pm at Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington, WI 53074.
