JOEL M. SCHLEHLEIN Mr. Joel Schlehlein of South Riverside Drive in Saukville past away unexpectedly at his residence Wednesday September 19th 2007. He was 54 years old. Joel was born in Port Washington on July 1 1953 son of John and Audrey Schmidt Schlehlein. He graduated from Grafton High School and entered the employ of WITCO Systems in Milwaukee. Mr. Schlehlien enjoyed shooting trap hunting fishing and Talk Radio programs. He was a big racing fan and had previously been involved with a remote control airplane club. Joel was an over-the-road service technician for WITCO Systems where he had been employed for over 35 years. He is survived by his two sons: Michael (Cindy) Schlehlein of Gotham and Matthew (Julie) Schlehlein of Fredonia four stepchildren: Bob (Karen) Snook of Saukville Bonnie (Joel) Donahue of Pewaukee Tim (Denise) Snook of Saukville and Nicki (Ken) Zagar of Port Washington 15 grandchildren: Samantha Caleb Schlehlein of Gotham Madeline Carter Schlehlein of Fredonia Kate Snook of Saukville Justin Ethan Donahue of Pewaukee James Spivey Ashley Shiane Daytona Snook also of Saukville Alissa Morgan Alex and Isabel Lopez of Port Washington. He is further survived by 2 brothers: Rick (Kathy) Schlehlein of Germantown Roger (Deb) Schlehlein of Waukesha 1 sister Kay (John) Berry of Davenport IA his former wives Sandra L. (William) Paulus (nee Chronis) of Plain WI and Sandra L. Snook of Port Washington nieces nephews other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 granddaughter Abigail Schlehlein. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday September 23rd at 7PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 W. Grand Ave. (Hwy 33 LL) in Port Washington. Rev. Jeff Suddendorf will officiate. Inurnment will take place in St. Paul's Cemetery the next day.
