Joan R. Nason Ms. Joan Rita Nason of Grafton passed away Tuesday evening February 3 2015 at Stonehaven Assisted Living in Grafton surrounded by her family. She was 81 years old. Joan was born March 20 1933 in Menominee Michigan the daughter of Lester and Violet (nee Johnson) Swanson. Joan was a devoted mother grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family was the most important thing in her life. Joan is survived by her children: Julie (Greg) Sutinen of Saukville Nancy Anderson of West Bend Kenneth(Lesley) Nason of Milwaukee Patti (Robert) Charnitz of West Bend and Theresa Geis of Grafton 9 grandchildren 8 great-grandchildren brother Wayne Swanson of Menomonee Falls sisters Carole Marino of Georgia and Gloria Moran of Menomonee Falls nieces nephews other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her sister June (Buster) Nault. Private family services were held. The Eernisse Funeral Home Cedarburg is honored to be assisting the family with arrangements.
