Joan L. Linderoth (nee Evrard) Brown passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 after residing at the Harbor Club for the past four years. She was 90 years old. Joan was born on June 30, 1926 in Iron Mountain, Michigan to Edward and Cora (nee Anderson) Evrard. Joan was united in marriage to Glen D. Brown on September 15, 1944 and they were married for 31 years. She later married Clifford Linderoth on November 28, 1981 and they shared 30 years of marriage. Joan was employed at the Niederkorn Port Washington Library for 20 years, where she held the position of Head Librarian for 17 years. She was a loving and devoted mother. Joan is survived by her children: Steven M. (Lynn) Brown, Jeffery "Uffer" A. (Juanita) Brown, Glen "Muggo" M. (Dorothy) Brown and Kathrine "Sam" E. (John Plier) Brown, 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Joan is preceded in death by her parents, first husband Glen D. Brown, her second husband Clifford Linderoth and her brother Marlin E. Evrard, who passed away during WWII. A Celebration of Joan's Life will be held at a later date. Joan will be interred at Holden East Cemetery in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
