Jessie M. Prochaska loving mother daughter sister and granddaughter passed away unexpectedly on Saturday September 19 2015 at her home in Cedar Grove. She was 34 years old. The world became a darker place that day as she was a beautiful soul and will be missed by many friends and family alike. Jessie was born August 17 1981 in Port Washington the daughter of Robert Prochaska and Linda Sears. She graduated from Port Washington High School. Jessie had been involved with Habitat for Humanity was an animal lover and enjoyed spending time on the computer crocheting fishing music playing the drums and spending time with her pets. Above all she cherished time spent with her sons and her family. She is survived by her mother Linda Sears (Kurt Konrath) of Cedar Grove and her father Robert (Karen) Prochaska of Manitowoc. She is further survived by 2 sons: Alex Prochaska and Kamdon Vitella both of of Cedar Grove brother Kevin Prochaska of Appleton sister Kelly Prochaska of Manitowoc step-siblings: Jennifer (Brian) Ramaker Jeff Stolper Jenaiya Stolper and Joseph Stolper grandmother Arlene Prochaska of Saukville grandfather Robert Sears of Phoenix AZ significant other Clint Nogalski of Cedar Grove aunts uncles many cousins other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Frank Prochaska and grandmother Donna Sorum. Funeral Services will be held at 7PM on Friday September 25 2015 at Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 W. Grand Ave. in Port Washington. Rev. Dr. Ed Rafferty will officiate. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Friday evening from 5-7PM. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Pine View Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center in Ozaukee County.
