Jerold J. Schowalter ldquo;Jerryrdquo; Jerry Schowalter age 59 years of Cedarburg passed away in the early morning hours of Sunday April 19 2009 at West Allis Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family.nbsp; Jerry was born in Port Washington on November 14 1949 son of Jerome ldquo;Budrdquo; Schowalter and Mary Barclay Schowalter.nbsp; Jerry grew up in Port Washington attending Port Washington High School.nbsp; On November 16 1966 he married Sandy Bremser in Port Washington.nbsp; Mr. Schowalter worked in the automotive industry for several area dealerships.nbsp; Jerry was a former member of the Cedarburg Fire Department and enjoyed racing stock cars watching NASCAR and collecting NASCAR memorabilia.nbsp; He is survived by his wife Sandy of Cedarburg son Jeff (fianceacute;e Kari George) of Belgium and daughter Jaci (Joe) Ollman of Port Washington.nbsp; He is further survived by his three grandchildren Joe Jr. Jenna and Julia Ollman his mother Mary of Tampa FL siblings Barbara (Kip) Lange of Oconomowoc and Florida Dorothy (Carl) Sjoberg of Long Beach CA Mariann (Tom) Ritzer of Hartland David (Mary Ann) Schowalter of Appleton Betty (Steve) Beckman of Grafton Nancy (Bob Bergman) Schowalter of Blachardville Paul Schowalter of Baraboo Carl (Kathy) Schowalter of Port Washington and Amy Schowalter of Tampa FL mother-in-law Hildegarde Bremser of Port Washington sisters-in-law Darleen (Bob) Evraets of Plymouth and Kay Bremser of Port Washington aunt uncles nieces nephews other relatives and many many friends.nbsp; Jerry was preceded in death by his father Bud his brother Bill his father-in-law Melvin and his brother-in-law Ernie.nbsp; Memorial services will be held on Thursday April 23rd at 7 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 W.
