Jeremy Paul Wegner, born October 14th, 1975 passed away unexpectedly on July 29th, 2026. He was born to parents Brian Wegner and June (Mielke) Wegner in Port Washington, Wisconsin. He graduated from St. Paul Lutheran School in 1990, Port Washington High School in 1994 and later Ohio Technical college in 2005.
Jeremy married his wife of 20 years, Amanda, on November 5th, 2005. They enjoyed raising their children together more than anything. Beyond that they loved cooking together, dancing, traveling, video games, watching tv, going to the movies, walking with their dog, Sadie, and just being together and laughing.
Jeremy also loved taking his kids for a fun family day out to eat or to see a movie or go to Bay Beach or the zoo or museum. But his favorite outing was always going to sporting events with the family. Jeremy loved music more than just about anything. He also had a passion for cars and sports and talking about cars and sports. Jeremy knew a little bit about just about everything in life and so loved playing trivia games to show it.
Jeremy was the type of person to take each day as it comes. It made him appreciate the little things in life. Jeremy was very genuine and loyal and someone you could always trust. He was so funny and could always pick you up when you were down with a good joke or his beautiful smile.
Jeremy is survived by his wife Amanda Wegner; children Ashton (Jenessa) Wegner, Morgan Wegner and Nathan Wegner; mother June Wegner; brother Aaron Wegner; sisters Amanda Mueller and Chelsea Mueller; nieces Bella and Emma; nephew Carson; parents-in-law Dennis (Shari) Creedon and many other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father Brian, brother Bradley, nephew Riley, and niece Aubrey.
The family will hold a private ceremony in Jeremy's honor.
"And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away."
