Mr. Jeff Watry of Port Washington lost his battle with colon cancer early Tuesday morning, April 9, 2024, at the age of 42. He passed peacefully at home, while surrounded by his loving family.

Jeffrey Joseph Watry was born in Port Washington, WI, on December 23, 1981, to James and Evelyn Watry. Jeff attended school in Port Washington and graduated from Port Washington High School, Class of 2000. He would later go on to attend ITT Technical Institute where he earned an Associate Degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology.

Jeff worked at Scot Pump in Cedarburg, which later became owned by Wilo. Starting at Scot Pump, Jeff worked as a production line assembler and would later move on to become a production line lead. He worked for the Scot Pump Division for 16 years before being diagnosed with cancer.

Jeff's greatest joy was spending time with his son Brodan. He enjoyed shared activities including biking, rollerblading, archery, photography, shooting hoops, and geocaching. Even when his cancer would start limiting him physically, Jeff could still be seen in the backyard sitting on a lawn chair, baseball and glove in hand, teaching his son new pitches.

Jeff was survived by his son Brodan Watry, parents James and Evelyn Watry, siblings John (Jennifer) Watry, Sarah Watry, Aaron Watry, nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 6PM on Monday, April 15th at Open Door Bible Church, 3420 County Road LL, Port Washington. Pastor Sid Litke will preside the service. The family will receive visitors at the church on Monday from 4PM until the service begins at 6PM. Jeff will be laid to rest at a later date in St. Mary's Cemetery, Port Washington.
