Jeffrey D. Phillips age 14 years of the Town of Port Washington joined his mother in Heaven on July 12 2006. Jeffrey was born in Port Washington on January 25 1992 son of Pamela Phillips Polgar. Jeffrey was looking forward to starting High School after graduating from Thomas Jefferson Middle School. He was a member of Christ The King Lutheran Church in Port Washington and was looking forward to being confirmed in the fall. Jeffery enjoyed playing basketball music and hanging out with his friends. He is survived by his grandparents Phil and Judean Phillips of Port Washington 1 brother Michael Polgar of Port Washington uncles Kelly (Rochelle) Phillips of Port Washington Ken (Kelly) Phillips of Port Washington and Kevin (Alicia) Phillips of Newburg. He is further survived by his great-grandmother Lucille Wicke of Suring many cousins other relatives and many many friends. Memorial services will be held on Friday July 28 2006 7 PM at Christ The King Lutheran Church 420 W. Whitefish Rd. in Port Washington with Rev. Alice Horton officiating. Friends may call at the church on Friday the 28th from 5-7 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a fund in Jeffrey's name at Kohler Credit Union in Saukville.
