Jean A. Rosenbauer of Grafton passed away peacefully on Friday, March 21, 2025. She was 89 years old.

Jean was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Allen and Anne (Liebl) Ryan on September 12, 1935. She graduated from Rufus King High School with the class of 1953.

On October 23, 1954, she was united in marriage to Donald Rosenbauer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They spent over 60 years together. He preceded her in death on August 13, 2014.

In recent years she has enjoyed her lunch dates with her girlfriends, reminiscing about past stories and creating new memories. When she was not socializing you could find Jean playing solitaire or watching Heartland on rerun. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, finding special ways to bond with each one.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children Jeffrey Rosenbauer and Julie Ann (Martin) Fahler, her grandchildren Nicholas (Jackie), Emily (Alex), Derek, Sara (Nicolas), Becca, Forrest, Donovan (Abby), Connor, Isabella, her great grandchildren Finn, James, Kingsley, Luna and Nathan, her brother Thomas A. Ryan, her son in law Gary Repinski, along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband Donald and her daughter Karen Repinski.

A funeral service will take place at Eernisse Funeral Home, 1167 Washington Ave, Cedarburg on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The family will greet friends and relatives at the FUNERAL HOME from 10:00 AM until the time of service. She will be laid to rest next to her husband Donald at Resurrection Cemetery. Donations in her memory can be made to The Milwaukee Rescue Mission.
