James R. Brunner Bruno Mr. Bruno Brunner of Cedar Grove passed away early Thursday morning October 2 2014 at Meadowview Manor in Sheboygan. He was 59 years old. Bruno was born April 12 1955 in Port Washington the son of Vincent Shorty Brunner and Lucille Goeppert. Bruno grew up in Fredonia and graduated from Ozaukee High School in 1973. On June 30 1979 he was united in marriage with Bev Brusse in Oostburg. Bruno worked as a welder for over 30 years working at various companies before retiring from Manitowoc Crane in 2008. He had enjoyed going to see his dad's polka band Shorty's Polka Pals fishing his dogs cooking going on motorcycle rides with Bev and spending time with his family and friends especially his little buddy Colten. Bruno is survived by his wife Bev of Cedar Grove and their daughter Sheila Brunner (Andy Heinen) of Sheboygan. He is further survived by his grandson Colten Jackson his mother Lucille Brunner of Fredonia sister Ginny (Mike) Lamb of PN 2 brothers: Ray (Cheri) Brunner of Porterfield and Jerome Mouse (Nancy) of Random Lake brothers and sisters-in-law: Bob (Vel) Brusse of Oostburg Bill (Fran) Brusse of Oostburg Barry (Deb) Brusse of Sheboygan Betty (the late Robert) Voss of Neshkoro Bonnie (Larry) Kairys of Sheboygan and Barb (Rick) Rudebeck of Sheboygan Falls cousins nieces nephews other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Shorty. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday October 7 at First Evangelical Presbyterian Church 221 North Main St in Cedar Grove with Pastor Justin Sembler officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church on Tuesday from 4-6PM. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested. The Eernisse Funeral Home Belgium is honored to be assisting the family with arrangements.
