Obituary

James A. McDonald Mr. James McDonald of Mayfair Drive in Saukville passed away late Saturday night January 3 2009 at the Clemet J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. He was 66 years old.nbsp; James was born February 7 1942 in Milwaukee the son of Andrew and Ruth Henke McDonald.nbsp; He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the mid 1960rsquo;s. On April 8 1967 James was united in marriage to Gail Storm in Milwaukee. Shortly after their marriage he began working as a paper handler at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Mr. McDonald retired in 1999 after 39 years of service. James was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Saukville and the American Legion Landt-Thiel Post #470 in Saukville. He enjoyed gambling playing cribbage and sheepshead and spending time with his grandchildren. James is survived by his wife of over 40 years Gail and their three daughters: Lisa (Chuck) Hall of MD Jennifer (Darin) Flannery of Port Washington and Samantha McDonald of Saukville. He is further survived by his three grandchildren: Jimi Flannery Justin and Kayla Hall; four brothers: Tom (Marge) of Milwaukee John (Barb) of Germantown Paul (Dodie) of CA and Andrew (Wanda) of Milwaukee; two sisters: Kathy (Ron) Nicholis and Mary (Mike) Wall; one brother-in-law Gene (Rosie) Storm of TX; one sister-in-law Lorelei Storm of Saukville one uncle Harry Henke of Milwaukee nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son Brian. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3PM on Friday January 9 2009 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church 145 W. Church St. in Saukville. Father Karl Acker will officiate. The family will receive visitors at the Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 W. Grand Ave. in Port Washington on Thursday evening January 8 from 3-7PM and again on Friday from 2-3PM at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the family. The Eernisse Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. br /Service:br /pspan style=\Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3PM on Friday January 9 2009 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church 145 W.
