Jacquelyn "Jackie" Nielson found peace and healing in the arms of her savior on Wednesday, February 9th at the age of 73. She was surrounded by her loving family in the days before she passed, which brought her much comfort.
She was born in Milwaukee to Elroy and Frances (Reuter) Prud'Homme on July 29th, 1948. Jackie was married to her love, Patrick on September 13th, 1969, and together they raised 2 children, Jennifer, and Brian. Jackie had different jobs in the dental and insurance fields but found her greatest joy in raising her children and being a homemaker. She loved to work on their home, her landscaping, and her beautiful flowers. Her family was so important to her and she loved having them in her home. She will be remembered as a loving mom, sister, aunt and cherished grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Patrick and her children, Jennifer(Michael) Zwieg and Brian (Karen)Nielson as well as her loving grandsons, Jeffrey and Winston Nielson, devoted siblings, Kari(Ronald) Kuchenreuther, Charlene(Richard) Sala, Michael(Catherine)Prud'Homme and her nieces and nephews.
A private family service was held Sunday, February 13th to honor and remember her life.
