JACOB A. TIETZ
Jake Tietz, of Fox Glen Road in Fredonia, died unexpectedly at his residence on Wednesday, December 30, 2015. He was 27 years old. Jacob was born in Milwaukee on October 12, 1988, son of Howard "Skip" and Ann Brown Tietz. The family lived in Port Washington and Jake attended local schools, graduating from Port Washington High School with the Class of 2007. He enjoyed watching sports – Jake had just won his Fantasy Football League- gaming with friends, camping and spending time outdoors. He loved spending time with his brothers and had a special place in his heart for animals. Mr. Tietz was mechanically inclined and passionate about cars and currently worked at Kirchhayn Auto Salvage in the Town of Cedarburg. Family was very important to him; he enjoyed spending time with his special niece Ava and was excited for the upcoming birth of a second niece.
He is survived by his parents Howard "Skip" Tietz of Fredonia and Ann Brown ( longtime special friend Perry Nerat) of Port Washington, brothers Daniel (fiancé Arianne Manor) Tietz of Sheboygan and Stephen (Gabbi) Tietz of Fredonia, niece Ava Tietz, also of Fredonia, and grandparents Edward & Rosemary Brown of West Bend and Howard & Shirley Tietz of Port Washington. He is further survived by aunts Wendy (James) Braun of Sun Prairie, Sherry (Robert) Williamson of Eagle, and Joanne Brown of Port Washington, uncles David (Linda) Tietz, Michael Tietz, both of Milwaukee, Michael Brown of Butler, Howard Brown of Brown Deer and Guy (fiancé Marsha Wittig) Brown, numerous cousins, other relatives, friends, and his dear dog Lucy. He is preceded in death by aunts Marjorie Brown and Patricia Brown.
Funeral Services will be held at 7PM on Thursday, January 7th at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington. Fr. Patrick Wendt will preside. He will be laid to rest at St. Finbar Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the Funeral Home on Thursday, January 7th from 4-7PM.

Jake was a loving young man with a unique personality that can be summed up as "Jake is Jake".
He will be missed.
