Irma M. Bandow Irma M. Bandow age 82 years of Port Washington formerly of Milwaukee passed away in the early morning hours of Friday April 16 2010 at Columbia St. Maryrsquo;s Hospital in Mequon.nbsp; Irma was born in North Milwaukee on April 24 1927 daughter of Herbert and Selma Slindee Gulrud.nbsp; She grew up in the Adams WI area graduating from Adams-Friendship High School.nbsp; She married Harvey C. Bandow on May 11 1946 at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church in Milwaukee.nbsp; Irma was a member of Holy Ghost Lutheran Church and Holy Ghost Lutheran Ladies Guild.nbsp; She enjoyed cooking stamp collecting playing cards and bingo and loved to celebrate her Norwegian heritage.nbsp; Irma is survived by her husband Harvey of Port Washington her son Jeffrey (Carol) Bandow of Saukville 3 grandchildren; John and Heidi of Saukville and Karl currently in the Air Force.nbsp; She is further survived by 3 sisters; Julie Van Alstine of Rio WI Greta Lind of IL and Audrey (Pete) Beck of Cottage Grove MN sisters-in-law June Gulrud of Adams WI and Florence Johns of South Milwaukee nieces nephews other relatives and many friends.nbsp; She is preceded in death by her son Harvey Jr. her parents Herbert and Selma 2 brothers Herbert and Kenneth Gulrud and her in-laws.nbsp; Funeral services will be held on Sunday April 18th at 2 PM at St. Johnrsquo;s Lutheran Church 217 N.
