HILDEGARDE E. BREMSER nbsp; Mrs. Hildegarde Bremser most recently of Western Road in Cedarburg passed away in the early morning hours on Tuesday November 3 2009 at Port Haven in Port Washington where she had been residing since February.nbsp; She was 90 years old.nbsp; Hildegarde was born in Holy Cross on June 20 1919 daughter of John and Rose Wester Peiffer.nbsp; She was united in marriage with Melvin G. Bremser on November 27 1943 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in the Town of Belgium.nbsp; The couple later settled in Port Washington.nbsp; They raised four children together however their son Ernie passed away in 1966.nbsp; Melvin preceded his wife in death in 1971.nbsp; Mrs. Bremser worked at Phillips Sales (presently Holiday Trims) in Belgium for many years.nbsp; She moved to Cedarburg in 1991.nbsp; Hildegarde had been a member of St. Maryrsquo;s Catholic Church in Port Washington.nbsp; She had enjoyed bowling and dancing when she was younger was an avid reader liked walking baking cooking and spending time with her family.nbsp; Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were a very important part of her life.nbsp; She is survived by her 3 daughters: Sandy (the late Jerold) Schowalter of the Town of Cedarburg Darleen (Robert) Evraets of Plymouth and Kay Bremser of Port Washington 4 grandchildren: Jeff (Kari) Schowalter of Belgium Jaci (Joe Sr.) Ollman of Port Washington Jason (Kristin Haywood) Evraets of Shorewood and Randy (Sara Urner) Evraets of Plymouth.nbsp; She is further survived by 5 great-grandchildren: Joe Jr. Jenna Julia Madison and Jackson 2 sisters: Sally Lehman of Fort Atkinson and Evelyn Goedde of Port Washington 2 sisters-in-law Hattie Peiffer of Saukville and Mamie Peiffer of Cedarburg special friend Richard Thompson other relatives and friends.nbsp; She is preceded in death by her husband Melvin their son Ernie son-in-law Jerold Schowalter 7 brothers: Roman ldquo;Curlyrdquo; Ervin Clarence Milton Harry Alois ldquo;Alrdquo; and Norbert Peiffer and 2 brothers-in-law: Al Lehman and Alex Goedde.nbsp; A Memorial Mass will be held at 2PM on Friday November 6th at St. Maryrsquo;s Catholic Church 430 Johnson St. Port Washington.nbsp; Father Tom Lijewski will officiate.nbsp; She will be laid to rest in the parish cemetery.nbsp; The family will receive visitors at the CHURCH on Friday from 1-2PM.nbsp; -b-br /Service:br /p2:00 PM at St. Mary's Catholic Church 430 Johnson St. Port Washington WI 53074 on November 6 2009 (a href=http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?city=Port Washingtonamp;state=WIamp;address=430 Johnson St.amp;zip=53074amp;country=usamp;zoom=8 target=_blankmap/driving directions/a) br //pbr /Cemetery:br /pSt. Mary's Cemetery Port Washington WI 53074 (a href=http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?city=Port Washingtonamp;state=WIamp;address=amp;zip=53074amp;country=usamp;zoom=8 target=_blankmap/driving directions/a)br //p
