HENRY J. HUBING Mr. Henry Hubing of North Street in Belgium passed away at Gables on the Pond in Random Lake late Thursday afternoon January 6 2005. He was 91 years old. Henry was born in the Town of Belgium on July 10 1913 son of J. Michael and Elizabeth Watry Hubing. On July 23 1938 Henry was united in marriage with Viola Weyker at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Port Washington. Mr. Hubing had worked as a Comptroller for Krier Processing retiring after 56 years on the job. He was also an American Family Insurance Agent for over 50 years. Henry was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Belgium where he had been an usher a finance officer and a trustee a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters a former member of the Belgium Fire Department and a 50 + year member and first president of the Belgium Lions Club. He was an avid golfer having been a member of Squires Country Club for over 70 years and had golfed in the Luxembourg Open every year until he turned 90 years. Mr. Hubing is survived by his wife Viola of Random Lake 1 son Al (Diana) Hubing of Okauchee 3 daughters: Nancy (Michael) Maes of Manitowoc Marjorie (Michael) McCormick of Reedsburg Mary (Doug) DeGroot of Lago Vista TX and 1 daughter-in-law Maggie (Wayne) Graff of Fredonia 21 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. He is further survived by 1 brother Wilmer Hubing of Cedar Grove 2 sisters: Theresa and Martha Hubing both of Milwaukee nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by 1 son Joseph 2 sisters: Anna Petesch and Clara Schroeder and 5 brothers: Al Eugene Richard Art and Ed Hubing. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church Lake Church on Tuesday January 11 2005 at 11 AM. Father Jim Vojtik will officiate. He will be laid to rest in the parish cemetery at a later date. The family will receive visitors Monday at the Eernisse Funeral Home 171 N. Royal Ave. Belgium from 4:30-7:30 PM and at the church Tuesday from 10-11 AM.
