Helen Delores Perkins (nee DeBord), passed away peacefully at home with her family and was reunited with her beloved husband Carmen on Saturday, December 9, 2017. She was 83 years old. Delores was born on May 30, 1934 to Millard and Lorraine (nee Powell) DeBord in Two Price, Wisconsin. Delores was the loving mother of Mike (Jean), Jeff and Perry (the late Tootsie) Perkins, cherished sister of Loren (Betty), Doug (Audrey), Phil (Joy), Chuck, Brian (Sue), Barry (Debbie) DeBord and Barb Riedl. Dear grandmother of Justin (Angie), Chelsea, Chaney (Sarah) and Curry (Meghan). She is preceded in death by her parents Millard and Lorraine, husband Carmen, sister Bonnie, daughter-in-law Tootsie and niece Melissa. Also loved and cared for by best friend Merry Heimerl and cherished neighbors The Arnold Family, in-laws, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
