Augustin, Harriet A. (nee Burkel) of Port Washington, passed away September 19, 2020, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of Leonard C. Augustin (preceded in death April 15, 2013), dear mother of Jean Clark (Mike Perkins), Linda (Kent) Bergemann, Steve (Denise) Augustin and Debbie Buchholz (Marvin Fechter). Harriet loved traveling, golf, bridge, sheepshead, art and floral work. She was the Floral Manager at Sentry Food Store from the late 1960's, until retiring in 1985. Further survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, sister Donna (John) Knoeck, brother Edmund Ted (Carol) Burkel, sister-in-law Helen Burkel, and other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by brother Gerald Burkel, sister and brother-in-law Arlene (Clarence) Fechter, sister Rosemary Burkel, and son-in-law Bob Buchholz. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 25 at 5:30 pm at St. John XXIII Parish - St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church, 1800 N. Wisconsin Ave., Port Washington.
