Mr. Harold T. Clausing Mr. Harold Clausing of Harbor Club in Port Washington passed away at Columbia Hospital in Milwaukee on Friday morning May 27th 2005. He was 91 years old. Harold was born on Feb 5 1914 in Mequon son of Henry and Helen Sperber Clausing. After his service in the Navy during World War II he returned home to work as a welder He was united in marriage with Helen Turner in Cedarburg on October 1 1957. She preceded him in death in 1997. Harold was a member of Grand Ave. United Methodist Church a member of the VFW and the Machinist Union. He was an avid cardplayer a woodworker and enjoyed playing golf and shooting pool. He is survived by 1 son Thomas (Pat) Clausing of Stuart FL 1 daughter Debra (Rev. James Theselius) Franzke of Brown Deer 1 daughter-in-law Judith (the late Dennis) Manke of Tomahawk WI 4 grandchildren 10 great- grandchildren and Whiskers his beloved cat. He is further survived by 1 brother Howard (Vera) Clausing of Port Washington many nieces nephews other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife 1 son Dennis 5 brothers: Ervin Raymond Arnold Edgar and Gilbert and 5 sisters: Lydia Mildred Anita Ester and Hattie. Funeral Services will be Tuesday May 31 6:30PM from the Funeral Home going to Grand Ave. United Methodist Church 505 W. Grand Ave. Port Washington for services at 7PM. Pastor David Guse will officaiate. Harold will be laid to rest next to his wife at Old Settlers Rest Cemetery in Mequon. The family will receive visitors at the Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 W. Grand Ave. Port Washington Tuesday from 4-6:30PM. There will be a VFW walk-through and military Rites at the Funeral Home at 6PM.
