Glee Lois Anderson of Oostburg formerly of Delavan passed away peacefully October 27th 2012 at the age of 91 surrounded by her beloved family. Glee by definition means joy and merriment and without question Glee embodied and provided 91 years of such joy to her family and friends. Glee was born July 24 1921 in Janesville the daughter of Arthur and Marjorie Parks Golding. With over 9 decades of life Glee had experienced all the highs and lows life could throw at a person and managed to get through a better and wiser person for it calling herself a tough ol' bird. To her family she was the sweetest of kind. Sending letters and holiday cards to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren she was never at a loss to paint a colorful picture of life as she saw it through her window. Whether it was family matters the Packers or the weather she'd let you know if it was cold as the dickens or if something was a hum dinger. Glee enjoyed being outdoors gardening reading romance novels making excellent soups and loved spending time with her kids. She is survived by her children Sandra (Lawrence) Baltutis of Montello Lawrence Parr of Fontana Cheri Parr of Wild Rose and Brian (Barbara) Parr of Adell. She was preceded in death by sons James Parr Steven Parr and daughter Cynthia Parr. Glee is further survived by 7 grandchildren 8 great grandchildren three sisters: Jean Penkalski of Stoddard WI Joanne (Frank) Stemwell of Milwaukee Patricia Hodgson of Delavan brother Joseph (Betty) Golding of Elizabethtown KY nieces nephews and other relatives and friends. Glee you will be with us in spirit always and forever. We love you deeply dearly and endlessly. Rest in peace sweet Glee. Per Glee's request a small private service has already been held.
