Glannis R. Bowman Mr. Glannis Bowman age 74 years of Belgium WI went to walk with his Lord on April 5 2007. Mr. Bowman passed away at Columbia St. Mary's Hospice in Milwaukee. He was born in Covington KY on August 13 1932 son of Hatcher Bowman and Dessie Roberts Bowman. Glannis worked as a welder for Simplicity Manufacturing retiring after being with the company 29 years. Mr. Bowman was a member of the Machinists Local 1430 and the Pentecostal Church of god in Alvin WI. He also enjoyed fishing hunting square dancing and working in his yard. Glannis is survived by his 3 children; Ronald (Sue) Bowman of Merrill Verna Bowman of Belgium and Margaret Bowman of Merrill 3 grandchildren; Brandy Brooklyn and Bailey Buckholt of Merrill 6 brothers and sisters; Charles (Myrtle) Bowman of Alvin Robert Bowman of Idaho Millie Pearl (Douglas) Richie of Long Lake James Bowman of Alvin Rosetta Shelten and Donna Hoeppner both of Long Lake. He is Further survived by one sister-in-law Diane Bowman nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Lillian Richards Mary Stromberg and Wanda Bowman and 3 brothers; Frank Donald and Carl Bowman. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday April 10th 2 PM at Pentecostal Church of God 17011 Hwy. 55 Alvin WI with Rev. Herman Spencer and Rev. Charles Bowman officiating. Interment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery Alvin. In state at the CHURCH Tuesday from 1-2 PM.
