GLADYS R. REIF Gladys Reif age 93 years of Saukville died Thursday September 6 2007 at Harbor Club in Port Washington where she was a resident for the past four months. She was born October 10 1913 in Redfield SD daughter of the late Elmer and Maude McCone Kastner. She moved to Oconto at the age of five and graduated from Oconto High School in 1932. On September 28 1935 she married Arnold Reif in Oconto. In 1946 the couple moved to Saukville where her husband helped operate Jerry's Cheese Mart. He preceded her in death in 1990. She was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Saukville where she was a former member of the Women's Guild and the choir. She enjoyed sewing knitting playing cards and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by two daughters Marilyn (Chuck) Schmit of Port Washington and Judy (Killian Jr.) Bode of Marietta GA six grandchildren Debbie Linda Jeff Mike Trischa and Stacey seven great grandchildren Rochelle Ryan Kyle Collin Tyler Marla and Conner and one great great granddaughter Kayden. She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be held on Monday September 10 7 PM at St. Peter's United Church of Christ Saukville. Burial will be in Union Cemetery Saukville. Visitation at the CHURCH Monday from 5-7 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials to St. Peter's United Church of Christ or VITAS Hospice appreciated.
